Looking back all that happened, it makes me feel sad that my student life is over. Partially at least, but no more school days.
And no more exams.
I still remember the first day I went to NTU, enthusiastic and motivated. Amused at the size of it,
Well,... who would have thought that NTU is in the middle of a jungle.
Assignments are always stressful but it's fun to meet with the team, and do the works together.
Probably because we end up going out somewhere, eat, talk and have fun. (And no progress on the assignments).
Now, the exams are over, so is NTU student life. I still have my research thing, so it's not entirely true.
Somehow, I ended up comparing with my undergrad years. And that three years were serious fun.
There were too many things I hated, too many fights I got into, but now when I look back, those are my bittersweet moments.
Memories are things I can't change, so I believe it's better to cherish them.
Memories are like a part of us, and because of them, we have our own identify.
Who we are, where we come from, where we have been, what we have done.
It's always a sad thing that we have to move on. Closing a page in our life, is always painful, because things will never be the same.
And people, who have become friends with me, will also change. But the memories we share, will be the same.
That's why memories are precious.
I think, opening a new chapter is the oppsite. Facing the unknown, don't know what to do. But yet, we just thrill at the feeling of not knowing.
We are creatures that live on hope. Not knowing what will happen in the future, bring us hope.
We have things we want to do, achievments we want to make.
With hope, we live on.
With hope, we move one step forward.
Life is a constant struggle, with joys and pains, with tears and happiness.
From time to time, when we get tired from all the struggles, we relive our old memories. Just remembering those old good days, is just enough to get us through the day. And make us ready for fight another day.
I wonder what would I say, when my hair turn into gray? What would the 60 years old me say, about this?
Life is a mystery and that's what make it fun. Enjoy life while we can. And cherish these memories when we get old.
PS., I am writting too much emo stuffs these days. Just write out things that are on my mind right now.
And no more exams.
